Since I use a quiz in class people have asked me many times what kind of program I use. The I use is a no-nonsense and very easy to use program called Questionable developed by Nur Manson. It runs on Macs -no Windows!- and the great charm of this little jewel is that the players buzz in with a gamepad. I use a pair of inexpensive Playstation 2 gamepads which are connected to the USB port of my computer with an adapter. The first player to hit a button on the gamepad can give an answer to the question. Right answers will give points, wrong answers will deduct points from the player’s account.
